Uploading assets

Upload files by dragging them into the asset library or clicking + Upload. Supported formats:

There are no file count limits. Storage limits depend on your plan — see pricing for details.

Organizing assets

Keep your library structured with:
  • Folders — group assets by campaign, brand, channel, or any custom hierarchy.
  • Tags — add searchable labels to assets for fast retrieval.
  • Filters — filter by type, upload date, uploader, or tag.
  • Search — full-text search across file names and tags.

Brand assets

Brand assets are a special category of files that are tied to your brand profile:
  • Logos — primary, secondary, and icon versions.
  • Color palettes — your approved brand colors, available everywhere in the editor.
  • Fonts — your brand typefaces, automatically applied in templates and the Canvas.
  • Style guides — uploaded reference PDFs or images for your team.
Brand assets can be locked so they cannot be deleted or modified without admin approval.

Using assets in creatives

Assets are accessible throughout Continuum:
  • Canvas Studio — drag assets from the library directly onto the canvas.
  • Templates — set asset slots that pull from specific folders or tags.
  • Campaigns — attach assets to campaign briefs for team reference.
  • AI generation — reference existing assets when generating new variations.
Tag your best-performing assets with “top performer” so your team can quickly find proven creative elements.
