# Brand Spy

> Track competitors' organic posts and paid ad creatives in one workspace.

Brand Spy is your competitor intelligence workspace. It tracks the brands you compete with — their organic Instagram posts and their paid ad creatives — so you can see what they're running and pull ideas into your own work.

<Note>Brand Spy isn't in the main sidebar. Reach it from your Home dashboard or from **Settings → Activation**.</Note>

## The four tabs

| Tab             | What it shows                                                                          |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Overview**    | An awareness report on how you stack up against tracked competitors.                   |
| **Inspiration** | A browser of competitor organic posts and paid ad creatives; save anything to a board. |
| **Boards**      | Your saved inspiration boards.                                                         |
| **Competitors** | The competitors you track, each with a health signal, plus recommended ones to add.    |

## Tracking competitors

    Search for a competitor and add them to your tracked list. Continuum also recommends competitors based on your onboarding.

    In **Inspiration**, switch between organic posts and paid ad creatives, and filter by competitor.

    Save the creatives worth referencing to a board so your team can find them later.

<Tip>Tracking a competitor's organic posts uses Instagram data — connect an Instagram account in [Integrations](/integrations) to get the most out of Brand Spy.</Tip>
