# Brand readiness

> A 0–100 score of how complete your brand book is — informational, never a gate.

The brand readiness score tells you how complete and strong your [brand book](/brand/overview) is. A more complete brand book gives the AI more to work with, so generations and agent output get sharper.

<Note>Readiness is **informational**. It measures your brand profile — it does **not** score individual creatives, and it never blocks you from generating, publishing, or launching.</Note>

## What it measures

The overall score runs 0–100 and breaks down into seven dimensions:

| Dimension           | What it reflects                                 |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Value prop**      | How clearly your value proposition is defined.   |
| **ICP clarity**     | How well your ideal customer is described.       |
| **Customer pains**  | Whether the problems you solve are captured.     |
| **Success metrics** | Whether you've defined what success looks like.  |
| **Positioning**     | How distinct and clear your positioning is.      |
| **Messaging**       | How coherent your messaging is.                  |
| **Identity**        | How complete your visual and verbal identity is. |

Each dimension carries its own score and rationale, and the overall score maps to a band — **not started**, **needs work**, **developing**, or **ready**.

## Improving your score

* Fill in the gaps the low-scoring dimensions point to, directly in the [brand book](/brand/overview).
* Add source material under **Settings → Knowledge** so the AI has more to draw on — see [Knowledge base](/settings/knowledge).
* Select **Recalculate** to re-score after you make changes.
